Hello all,

We implemented Webmail Redirect on our Domino Platform to give every web user login form that would take them to their respective mail box on successful logon.

However, we have observed that the webmail redirect database fails hence the browser will generate error when trying to login to the server. A funny senario is that when the manually opened on Notes, it would start functioning well again and after a while it would fail again. So we keep opening and reopening the webmail redirect databse every 2hours to allow users access to the server.

We are finding it extreemely difficult to cope with this cumbersome workaround because on weekends someone has to be in he office just to be opening the webmail redirect database otherwise nobody can check his/her mail.

We are running Domino on Linux 6.x.

Please is there any way to resolve this problem permanently?
